A hundred-year-old farmhouse with period furniture and modern comforts, named after the ceramic bird enthroned in Summit of the House. Rooms: Belső (inner) room (4 beds), Külső (outer) room (3 beds), Kamra (locker) room (4 beds), kitchen, dining room and 3 bathrooms. It can be rent together with approx. for groups of 10 persons or per room for couples or families with children) www.cserepmadar.hu

- Csinyáló house (2 bedrooms, bathroom, dining kitchen, large terrace, 5 beds). In a special building built in the Romanesque style on the site of a former potter's workshop, only one well-equipped suite awaits its demanding guests. www.csinyalohaz.hu

- Pajta community space (with bathroom) for accomodate guests (min. 10 people and 4 nights, can be used free of charge for conferences, lectures, education and exhibitions, or on New Year's Eve)

- Sindümuseum. It is the only museum of early Hungarian written history, with knowledge that cannot be obtained elsewhere, with drawing roofing tile and objects bearing other signs (earthenware, male eggs, etc.) that cannot be seen in the Hungarian Ethnographic Museum. It can be viewed free of charge by prior appointment.

In the garden rest area called Lugasvég,due to Wi-Fi, you can even work remotely or check the affairs of your business, while your family rests carefree

The environment

Two acres of private green area full of protected plant rarities (agárkosbor, sárgaliliom, szártalan kankalin, mocsári gólyahír, kockás liliom, szibériai nőszirom etc.) and garden flowers in a beautiful natural environment, between a forest and a brook. A peaceful, quiet, safe landscape for children as well. Family atmosphere, with comfortable and clean rooms, brand new Italian bed mattresses, well-equipped kitchens, and sophisticated bathrooms. Deer, roe deer and foxes pass through the brook at night to drink at the brook and the Onogesius source. Our tour cards with maps guide guests to the attractions of the area (from thermalbeaches to lake spas, from the potter's village to the Renaissance castle, from the castle museum to the go-kart track, from cheap and excellent restaurants to the beautiful baroque town, from the citadel to the rock gorge and the monumental church), offering a program for a good two weeks, even in case of rain too. Around July 10, three-day Pottery Days are held in the neighboring Magyarszombatfa, where you can buy many beautiful folk pottery items. Similar events are held in Szentgyörgyvölgy, Magyarföld and Márokföld, which can also be reached by bicycle

The subject of one of the Sindümüzeum's exhibitions is the bowl of kneaded dough by master potter Imre Czibor from Alsópáhok, a copy of the original from Zilah.

Services

Furnishings, furniture and atmosphere reminiscent of the hundred-year-old Őrség peasant and pottery culture, bed linen and towels, hand sanitizer, baby bed, high chair, baby bath, television, free Wi-Fi, secure car parking in the yard, bicycle storage in a covered area, well-equipped and beautiful bathrooms with underfloor heating, washing machine, garden grill, kettle and bacon grill, breakfast-lunch-dinner with a separate agreement from the supplier, or in the excellent and cheap restaurants in the country of Őrség. You can visit the Sindümúzeum at the gate free of charge with the guided tour by the literary historian host, the use of tour cards with maps leading to the sights of the guard. We can provide 4 pcs bikes free of charge.

Prices, booking and cancellation conditions

The accommodation fee starts at HUF 10/person/night, which must be paid for a minimum of 3-5 people in each suite and room. In pre- and post-season, on weekdays, we can offer discounts for larger bookings, last minute and returning guests. The accommodation can be reserved by paying the accommodation fee in advance. Minimum booking time: 3 nights. On multi-day holidays, 3-4 nights, 4 nights on New Year's Eve and the full room price must be paid (for as many people as there are beds in the room). We accept a nice card. (SZÉP-KÁRTYA) In case of cancellation of the accommodation reservation due to the small number of places and the short season, we can only refund the accommodation fee if and to the extent that we can rent the same to someone else.
